What are you going to do in that 10 minutes? It's completely up to you. Whatever you want.
You can split it into two 5 minute activities if you like.

Why 10 Minutes? Is that really enough?
Yes! In fact, 5 minutes is enough.
But there is a trick.
Once you spend 5 minutes, you might actually stay for 10, or 15, or an hour. The hardest part is starting. And the most value is in consistency. So, if you know you are going to stretch for only 5 minutes, there is much less resistance. And you will actually do it. And by doing it every day for only 5 minutes, you get much more benefit than if you spent 3 hours and then never wanted to do it again.
Then, let's say you spend 5 mintues doing one of the recommended healing meditations. Well, you might find you don't want to stop after 5 minutes. But if you knew you were committing to a 30 minute process, you might not do it every day. You see how this works?
5 minutes is absolutely enough. And you'll probably do more anyway.
It's easy to commit. It's easy to succeed. And now, to make sure you don't lose steam, you have the accountability group to keep you on course.
Do I really need an accountability group?
Maybe you don't, but I do!
It's easy for me to put myself last. I will much more easily do things for someone else than for myself. Are you like that too? So, if I give someone my word that I will do something, I am much more likely to follow through. How about you?
