A Three Part YOFA® Energy Treatment
How to Prepare for your YOFA® Private Session
In this preparatory phase of your session, you send me an email with your concerns.
These can be about:
- body
- emotions
- spiritual callings
- relationships
- life path issues
- money
- business
- just about anything
Once you sign up for a session, you'll get a list of questions to answer. I invite you to take some time and treat this as a meditation. Find not only what you want healed, but what reality you prefer. How will this undesirable situation be replaced with something more soul fulfilling?
Part 1 - Shamanic Preparation for Favorable Outcome
This part of the session I do on my own. In this phase of your remote energy treatment, I am establishing a favorable ground for you to be able to receive the beneficial outcome that you seek. This process is based on ancient spiritual practices of the paqos of the Andes in Peru.
Part 2 - Phone or Video Conference YOFA Shamanic Session (Optional)
In this phase of the session, we meet face to face online (or on the phone). As always, you can bring anything you want transformed to this phase of the session. For much of the session you will be lying down as I work on you. We will use shamanic tools from the Q'ero tradition or YOFA techniques or a combination of the two. Ho'oponopono is always a part of the session. This time can also be used for coaching. If we decide to go in the coaching direction, we will find where the resistance is hiding and create a practice for you to do on your own to find your way into freedom, happiness, and fulfillment. As you work with your customized process, watch for rapid manifestation.
While this part where we connect online might seem like the most important part of the process, it is actually optional. Very often, the work I do privately in phases 1 and 3 is all that is needed to create the desired shift. But this part, where we actually get to talk and connect, adds another dimension to the experience. Some people love this, some prefer not having to deal with scheduling, etc, and just want the remote energy work. So this part is optional and totally up to you. This phase is about 20 minutes but can run longer so please plan accordingly.
Part 3 - Remote Inter-dimensional Healing
I do this part of the session on my own and this is where the major energy shift happens. When I'm done I send you an mp3 recording telling you about what I did and what to expect. In this part of your session, I do whatever seems necessary including YOFA® energy clearing, spine wave, Ho'oponopono, shamanic tools, and more. We do not talk and so there is no scheduling and this takes up none of your time. This is often the most significant phase of the session.

Chakrapractic Spine Wave Sessions
From a healing perspective, you can think of YOFA as energy chiropractic. YOFA remote inner alignment sessions have been evolving over the years.. In Rooted in the Infinite, I talk about the three legs of the tripod of YOFA:
- The ancient science of consciousness, Yoga
- The more recent, American school of healing, Chiropractic
- The current Abraham Hicks teachings on Law of Attraction
While I often teach YOFA meditation and speak and write on the enormous power of Law of Attraction in our lives, I have not often spoken about the role of chiropractic in the practice of The Yoga of Alignment.
I am now being guided to shed more light on the chiropractic basis for YOFA. Within your private session, you might receive a spine wave session (which is like energy chiropractic) because this is very powerful for physical healing*.
